Job Overview
We’re hiring a skilled and dynamic Implementation Specialist responsible for implementing and delivering high-quality analytical reports using Diligent’s products.
This role blends technical expertise with strong business acumen to gather and translate client requirements into effective reporting solutions, deliver compelling demos, and ensure smooth implementation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
1.Requirements Gathering
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, reporting needs, and KPIs.
Analyze client datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for actionable insights using Diligent’s platform.
2.Technical Implementation
Build, configure, and deliver analytical reports and dashboards using Diligent products.
Integrate data sources with accuracy and ensure clean, reliable datasets.
Customize templates or develop new reporting modules based on client requirements.
3.Client Engagement
Conduct product demos to showcase reporting capabilities and potential use cases of Diligent's products.
Serve as the link between clients and internal teams to maintain clear alignment.
Train users on the implemented reports and ensure they can navigate and leverage insights effectively.
4.Project Management
Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple implementation projects end-to-end.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
5.Collaboration & Improvement
Work with development and support teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance project outcomes.
Stay up to date on Diligent’s latest features, ensuring clients benefit from best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with business data.
Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, BI tools, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into simple language.
Strong project management and client-facing skills.
Experience working with governance, audit, or GRC tools is a plus.
Knowledge of Diligent’s platform is an advantage.
